💊 Retail Pharmacist – Veterinary / Animal Healthcare

Location: Mumbai (Sewree Office)

Job Summary

The Retail Pharmacist will manage the dispensing, storage, and counseling related to veterinary medicines and animal healthcare products. This role ensures pharmaceutical compliance, supports veterinarians and pet owners, maintains inventory, and provides safe medication guidance for companion animals and other species.

Key Responsibilities

Pharmacy Operations

• Dispense veterinary prescriptions accurately as prescribed by licensed veterinarians.
• Verify dosage, species suitability, drug interactions, and contraindications.
• Label medicines and maintain complete documentation.
• Handle OTC veterinary products, supplements, vaccines, and pet care items.

Customer & Veterinary Support

• Counsel pet owners on dosage, administration, storage, side effects, and precautions.
• Guide customers on compliance and follow-up requirements.
• Coordinate with veterinarians to clarify prescriptions when needed.
• Educate customers about preventive healthcare products and wellness solutions.

Inventory & Compliance

• Maintain stock levels of veterinary medicines and consumables.
• Monitor expiry dates and cold-chain products.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, controlled substance handling, and veterinary regulations.
• Maintain prescription records, billing systems, and audit documentation.

Sales & Retail Management

• Promote animal wellness products, preventive care, and therapeutic diets.
• Support store sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain store hygiene, merchandising, and product presentation standards.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure proper storage conditions for vaccines and temperature-sensitive products.
• Report adverse drug reactions when required.
• Follow biosecurity, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm).
• Valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council.
• Experience in retail pharmacy or veterinary pharmacy preferred.
• Knowledge of veterinary medicines, animal dosage calculations, and pet healthcare products is an advantage.

Desired Skills

• Strong communication and counseling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of inventory and billing software.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to work closely with veterinarians and pet owners.
• Basic understanding of animal species and breeds.

Preferred Experience

🎨 Graphic Designer

Location: Sewree, Mumbai (Work from Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team and work on social media, print materials, advertising creatives, website graphics, and branding projects. You will collaborate directly with the founder and marketing team to turn ideas into compelling visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, reels covers, banners, and ad creatives.
• Create flyers, brochures, posters, packaging, and store branding materials.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, festivals, and product launches.
• Collaborate from brief to final artwork and contribute ideas during brainstorming.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney to explore and refine concepts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Figma or Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Comfort using AI tools in the design process.
• Portfolio demonstrating original thinking and design ability.
• Good communication skills and ability to work full-time from our Sewree office.
