Where does my delivery come from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our centralized warehouse in Sewree. We're committed to fast and reliable delivery across India to ensure your pet's needs are met promptly.
Are there any delivery charges or a minimum order value?
For orders within Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane, we charge a nominal delivery fee of ₹50 for orders below ₹300. For all other locations across India, a standard delivery charge of ₹150 applies for orders below ₹1500. Our aim is to ensure that your pet's needs are met with efficiency and care, regardless of where you are located.
Do you deliver all products nationwide?
We deliver most of our products nationwide, however, we do not ship injections and certain vaccines that require cold chain maintenance outside of Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
What are the delivery times?
We offer delivery within 24 hours for orders within Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai. For other regions across India, we deliver within 3-4 working days.
What if I need urgent delivery?
If you require urgent delivery of medicines and are located in a metro city, we offer an express delivery service that guarantees delivery within 48 hours. This service incurs an additional charge of ₹350.
How can I be sure the medicines are correct for my pet?
Our licensed pharmacists carefully review each order to guarantee only the highest quality medicines are shipped. Your pet's health is our top priority.
What if I can't find a product on the website?
We stock over 4500 products, and sometimes updates may lag. If you can't find what you're looking for, please contact us, and we will do our best to source it for you promptly.
Are you veterinarians?
While we are not veterinarians, we can connect you with some of the top veterinary professionals in Mumbai. For veterinary assistance, please call us at 9004485093.
Does my pet love me?
Absolutely! The bond between you and your pet is filled with love and trust. Continue to nurture this special relationship with plenty of cuddles and care.
Do you sell pets?
We do not sell pets. At Goodman Vetcare, we advocate for adoption and encourage loving homes to consider adopting pets in need.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment, including Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, and various online payment methods, ensuring a seamless shopping experience on our Shopify platform.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for unopened and unused products within 15 days of delivery. If a product is opened or used, it cannot be returned due to health and safety standards.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with a photograph of the product. We will arrange for a return or exchange as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
How can I return a product?
Returning a product is simple and hassle-free. If you need to return an unopened and unused item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
Please note that for pan-India customers, the company will not arrange for the return shipment. You will need to securely pack the item and send it back to our company office using any courier service of your choice. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Note that opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
