How to Use
- Dose. Give Phenylbutazone Tablet exactly as your vet prescribes. The dose depends on your animal's weight, age and condition.
- Giving a tablet. Place it at the back of the tongue, close the mouth gently and stroke the throat until your pet swallows. You can also hide it in a small piece of food if your vet says this is fine.
Safety and Precautions
- Never give human painkillers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen with this, unless your vet tells you to. Some are toxic to pets, especially cats.
- Stop and call your vet if you see vomiting, black stools or loss of appetite.
