SELAMEC Spot On contains selamectin (6%), an endectocide that:

• Kills adult fleas, prevents eggs from hatching, and aids flea-allergy control.

• Treats ear mites in dogs & cats; biting lice and sarcoptic mange in dogs.

• Prevents heartworm with regular monthly dosing (vet-advised schedule).

• In cats, also covers roundworm & hookworm per selamectin label.

How it works (simple science)
Selamectin is a macrocyclic lactone absorbed through the skin. It circulates systemically to act on parasite neural channels, eliminating ecto-parasites (fleas, mites, lice) and select endo-parasites (heartworm larvae, some GI worms in cats).
