Twistix Peanut & Carob Dental Dog Chews, Small

About Twistix Peanut & Carob Dental Chews

Plaque builds up on every dog's teeth, and chewing is one of the ways dogs keep it in check. Twistix Peanut & Carob Dental Chews are two-colour twisted sticks with a peanut and carob flavour, in the small stick size.

The twisted shape helps rub away plaque and tartar as your dog chews. The formula is low in fat and free of wheat, corn and soy, which suits dogs with grain sensitivities.

Features and Benefits

• Twisted shape. The ridges rub teeth as your dog chews.
• Low fat. A lighter dental chew.
• No wheat, corn or soy. Suits many dogs with grain sensitivities.
• Small sticks. Pick the stick size that suits your dog's size.

How to Use

• How much. Treats should make up no more than about 10 percent of your pet's daily calories. The rest should come from a complete and balanced main food. Give less to small or less active dogs.
• Storage. After opening, fold the pack tightly or move the treats to an airtight jar, and keep them in a cool, dry place.
• Water. Keep fresh, clean drinking water available at all times.

Safety and Precautions

• Supervise chewing. Stay with your dog while it chews. Take away small end pieces that could be swallowed whole.
• Not a meal. This is a treat. Your dog still needs a complete and balanced main food.
• New treats. Introduce slowly. Stop and speak to your vet if your dog has vomiting, loose stools or itchy skin after trying it.
