How to Use:

Ascovit-C Vet Injection is a prescription-only veterinary injectable and must be administered strictly under the direct supervision and guidance of a licensed veterinarian via intramuscular or intravenous injection.

Important Care Notes:

• Repeat daily or as indicated by desired response.
• Use with caution in animals with pre-existing kidney disease or a history of urinary oxalate stone formation high dose Ascorbic Acid can increase oxalate excretion and predispose to calcium oxalate urolithiasis.
• Use with caution alongside iron supplementation high Vitamin C doses significantly increase iron absorption and can cause iron overload in susceptible patients.
• Inform your veterinarian if the animal is on aspirin, tetracyclines, loop diuretics, beta-blockers, cyclosporine, or warfarin clinically relevant drug interactions may occur.
• If deficiency symptoms persist, consult a veterinarian or nutritionist to examine the feeding programme.

Storage Advice:
Store at 2°C to 8°C (cold chain required) in a refrigerator, away from direct light. Do not freeze. Protect from heat and sunlight. Keep the vial sealed until immediately before use. Store under refrigeration to reduce pressure build-up in the vial. Discard any unused portion after use do not store partially used vials. Keep out of reach of children and other pets. Do not use after the expiry date.
