About Product
Intas Aventix 1000mg is a standout product in our Tick & Flea Control category. Formulated with Fluralaner one of the most advanced and clinically proven isoxazoline antiparasitic compounds available in veterinary medicine today this palatable chewable tablet begins killing ticks and fleas within hours of administration and continues to provide full-spectrum protection for up to 12 weeks (3 full months) from a single dose. With Intas Aventix, you can trust that your furry companion is shielded from the discomfort, disease, and danger of parasite infestations for an entire season with just one tablet.
Composition:
- Fluralaner 1000mg: A next-generation, systemic isoxazoline compound that acts as a potent insecticide and acaricide. After oral administration, Fluralaner is rapidly absorbed into your dog's bloodstream and distributed systemically throughout the body. When ticks, fleas, or mites feed on your dog, they are exposed to Fluralaner, which inhibits their GABA-gated chloride channels and glutamate-gated channels causing uncontrolled neuromuscular activity, paralysis, and death of the parasite within hours.

3-Month Full Protection from a Single Dose: One tablet delivers a full 12 weeks of continuous, systemic parasite protection eliminating the stress and hassle of monthly topical applications, sprays, or collars. Just one chew every three months is all your dog needs.
Rapid Onset of Action: Aventix begins killing fleas within 2 hours and ticks within 8 hours of administration providing near-immediate relief from active infestations and preventing new parasites from establishing on your dog.
Broad-Spectrum Parasite Coverage: A single tablet protects against a comprehensive range of parasites including:
Ticks: Ixodes ricinus, Ixodes hexagonus, Ixodes scapularis, Dermacentor variabilis, Rhipicephalus sanguineus
Fleas: Ctenocephalides felis (cat flea) and Ctenocephalides canis (dog flea)
Mites: Demodicosis (Demodex spp.), Sarcoptic mange (Sarcoptes scabiei), and ear mites (Otodectes spp.)
Tick Fever & Babesia Prevention: By killing Dermacentor reticulatus ticks before they can transmit pathogens, Aventix provides critical protection against Babesia canis a potentially fatal tick-borne disease.
Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD) Control: By eliminating flea infestations at the source, Aventix prevents Flea Allergy Dermatitis the most common allergic skin condition in Indian dogs reducing chronic itching, hot spots, and skin damage caused by flea bite hypersensitivity.
Breaks the Environmental Flea Cycle: Systemic flea control stops fleas from laying viable eggs, breaking the flea life cycle in your home and environment and preventing re-infestation.
Safe for Pregnant & Lactating Dogs: Aventix has been evaluated and found safe for use in pregnant and lactating female dogs, giving breeding pet parents a reliable parasite control option year-round.
Palatable Chewable Format: The tablet is formulated as a tasty, flavoured chewable that most dogs accept willingly as a treat no restraint, no mess, no topical residue on your dog's coat or your furniture.
Systemically Distributed Waterproof Protection: Unlike topical spot-on treatments that can wash off with bathing or swimming, Fluralaner works from within the bloodstream making Aventix's protection completely unaffected by water exposure, bathing, or rain.
