Bacterial infections of the skin, ears, gut, urinary tract or chest can make a animal feel unwell, and they need the right antibiotic to clear.
Enrotox LBX Syrup is an oral syrup from Unique that contains levofloxacin. Levofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic.
Vets commonly use it for bacterial gut, chest and urinary infections. Your vet will confirm it suits your animal and set the dose and how long to give it.

Features and Benefits
- Liquid form. Easy to measure for small pets and those who refuse tablets.
- Vet-guided. Your vet sets the dose and length of treatment for your animal.
How It Works
- Levofloxacin. It blocks DNA gyrase, an enzyme bacteria need to copy their DNA.
How to Use
- Dose. Give Enrotox LBX Syrup exactly as your vet prescribes. The dose depends on your animal's weight, age and condition.
- Measuring. Shake well. Measure with the cup or a dosing syringe, not a kitchen spoon, and give slowly into the side of the mouth.
- Missed dose. Give it as soon as you remember, unless the next dose is nearly due. Never give two doses together.
- Finish the course. Keep giving it for as long as your vet says, even if your pet seems better, so the infection does not come back.
- Storage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, unless the pack gives other storage directions. Keep out of reach of children.
Safety and Precautions
- Stop and call your vet if your pet has vomiting, diarrhoea, a rash or swelling of the face.
- Do not use it if your pet has had a reaction to this type of antibiotic before.
- Follow the milk and meat withdrawal period printed on the pack before milk or meat from treated animals is used for food.
- Tell your vet about any other medicines your animal takes, and if your animal is pregnant, nursing or has liver or kidney problems.
