Smarty Pet Double Sided Pin and Bristle Bamboo Brush, Small

Restores Coat Clarity and Natural Shine:
The dual-action design first detangles and removes loose fur with the stainless steel pin side, then smooths and polishes with the finishing side to redistribute your pet's natural sebum. This two-step process leaves your canine companion's coat visibly glossier, softer to the touch, and more manageable with each session.

Activates Circulation for Healthier Skin and Coat Growth:
The pin side of this brush works at the dermal level, gently stimulating blood flow to the skin's surface as it moves through the coat. Improved microcirculation brings oxygen and nutrients to hair follicles, supporting stronger hair shaft growth and reducing the risk of dry, flaky skin beneath the fur.

Tackles Tangles, Mats, and Undercoat Buildup:
Whether your canine companion carries a single sleek coat or a thick double layer, the stainless steel pins are engineered to penetrate deeply and loosen compacted mats without causing pain or discomfort. Regular use prevents the progressive matting that, if left unaddressed, can trap moisture, harbour bacteria, and cause skin irritation.

Eco-Friendly Grooming with Zero Compromise on Performance:
Made from FSC-certified bamboo a zero-plastic, biodegradable material this brush replaces conventional plastic grooming tools without sacrificing durability or effectiveness. For the environmentally conscious pet parent, every grooming session is an act of responsibility toward both your pet and the planet.

Gentle Enough for Sensitive Skin:
The rounded pin tips and natural rubber cushion base work together to ensure that grooming is a soothing, low-pressure experience even for pets with reactive or sensitive skin. This makes the brush an ideal choice for puppies, senior pets, and breeds prone to skin sensitivities.

Ergonomic Bamboo Handle for Confident Control:
The natural bamboo handle is shaped for a firm, comfortable grip that reduces hand fatigue during extended grooming sessions. Its non-slip surface gives you the control needed to work methodically through thick or tangled sections without strain.

Versatile Across Coat Types and Breeds:
The double-sided format makes this brush effective for short-haired breeds that need light deshedding and polish, as well as long-haired breeds that require thorough detangling and undercoat management making it one of the most adaptable grooming tools in your kit.

How to Use:

Begin by ensuring your pet is calm and in a comfortable position. Start grooming from the head, working your way toward the tail, always brushing in the direction of natural coat growth. Use the stainless steel pin side first to work through any tangles, mats, or areas of undercoat buildup, moving in gentle, even strokes. Apply light, consistent pressure and work through matted areas gradually rather than forcing the brush through in a single pass, to avoid discomfort. Once the coat is fully detangled and loose fur has been cleared, flip the brush to the finishing side and use smooth, long strokes over the entire coat to polish and redistribute your pet's natural oils. For best results and to prevent the buildup of loose fur and debris in the pins, clear the brush head periodically during each session. The M-Pets Bamboo Double-Sided Pin Pet Brush is suitable for regular daily or every-other-day grooming depending on your pet's coat type and shedding pattern.

Storage Advice:

Store the M-Pets Bamboo Double-Sided Pin Pet Brush in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees Celsius, away from direct sunlight and prolonged humidity. Do not submerge the brush in water. If the brush becomes damp after grooming, wipe it dry with a clean towel and allow it to air-dry fully in an upright or hanging position before storing. Avoid leaving the brush in enclosed, humid spaces such as bathrooms, as repeated moisture exposure may affect the integrity of the bamboo handle over time. Do not use the brush if the pins are bent, loose, or the cushion pad shows signs of deterioration.
