- Handling. Use a new sterile needle and syringe each time. Do not use the vial if the liquid looks cloudy or has particles, unless it is a suspension meant to look that way.
Safety and Precautions
- Steroids can raise thirst, appetite and urination. Tell your vet if these changes are marked.
- Do not stop long courses suddenly. Your vet may taper the dose down slowly.
