Pets Pot Sport Stepin Harness for Dogs, 15mm width (Small)

• Pressure-Free, Neck-Safe Walking Experience:
Unlike conventional neck collars that concentrate leash tension directly on the trachea and cervical spine a significant concern for small breeds, brachycephalic dogs, and puppies the Pet's Pot Step-In Harness distributes pulling forces broadly across the chest and ribcage. This dramatically reduces the risk of tracheal collapse, neck strain, and associated respiratory distress, making every walk a safer and more comfortable experience for your canine companion.
• Effortless Step-In Application:
The step-in design means your dog simply places both front paws into the harness loops and the clip fastens across the back no struggling with over-the-head fittings that can unsettle anxious or sensitive dogs. This stress-free donning process saves time during busy mornings and significantly reduces handling-associated anxiety, particularly beneficial for rescue dogs or puppies still adjusting to wearing a harness.
• Fully Adjustable Fit for Every Body Shape:
Multiple adjustable points along the harness straps allow pet parents to dial in a precise, snug fit across a wide range of body shapes, chest depths, and sizes. A well-fitted harness eliminates the risk of escape a vital safety feature for determined dogs who may back out of loosely fitted equipment and ensures the harness does not ride up into the armpits or create chafing during extended activity.
• Durable, All-Weather Nylon Construction:
The high-grade nylon used in this harness offers exceptional resistance to abrasion, moisture, and UV degradation, meaning it retains its strength and appearance through rain, heat, and the daily rigours of active dog ownership. Your canine companion can wear this harness on beach walks, park visits, or monsoon-season strolls with equal confidence in its structural performance.
• Lightweight Comfort for Extended Wear:
Nylon's superior strength-to-weight ratio means this harness delivers robust security without adding unnecessary bulk or weight to your dog's frame. Your canine companion can wear it comfortably for extended periods without fatigue or discomfort, making it as suitable for long weekend hikes as it is for quick neighbourhood walks.
• Trendy, Vibrant Colour Options:
Available in a range of lively colours, the Pet's Pot Step-In Harness allows you to express your dog's personality while keeping them securely tethered. The colour-fast nylon ensures that vibrancy is maintained even after repeated outdoor exposure and gentle cleaning, so your canine companion always looks their stylish best on the lead.

How to Use:

Lay the harness flat on the ground and identify the two front-leg loop openings. Place your dog's front paws gently into the respective loops, one at a time, ensuring neither loop is twisted. Bring the harness body up around your dog's chest and connect the back clip securely you should hear or feel a definite click when properly fastened. Before each walk, adjust the straps using the slide buckles to achieve a snug but comfortable fit: you should be able to slide two fingers beneath any strap, but the harness should not shift or rotate during movement. Attach your leash to the D-ring located on the back of the harness. Do not use the harness as a tethering or tie-out device. Check all adjustment points and hardware for wear, fraying, or loosening before each use, and replace the harness immediately if structural damage is observed.

Storage Advice:

Store the Pet's Pot Nylon Step-In Harness in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight when not in use. Do not freeze or leave in a hot enclosed vehicle for extended periods, as prolonged heat exposure may degrade buckle materials over time. Once used, wipe the harness down with a damp cloth to remove dirt, moisture, and debris, and allow it to air dry fully before storage to prevent mildew formation. Do not use after the best-before or manufacture date printed on the product tag or packaging if visible, and retire the harness immediately if any strap, buckle, or D-ring shows signs of significant wear or structural compromise.
